• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to align client needs with insurance products.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and related documentation for new and existing clients.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance or account management.
• Active state Property and Casualty Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days).
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex insurance concepts.
• Familiarity with insurance brokerage management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
