Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive (CLAE) to join a dynamic team. This is a growth position within our Commercial Department, which currently consists of 13 producers, 8 Account Executives, and 2 Marketing professionals. The CLAE will play a critical role in providing A-Z servicing for mid to large market accounts, including non-profit, transportation, and construction industries. This position offers a hybrid work environment after an initial in-office period, with the flexibility to work remotely 4 days a week.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $67,000 - $80,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.

• Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day in-office as needed).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive A-Z servicing for a portfolio of mid to large market accounts.
• Manage accounts in industries such as non-profit, transportation, and construction.
• Utilize Epic software to manage client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with producers and the marketing team to meet client needs and achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required.
• Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
