Our team delivers high-quality insights from associate surveys using advanced machine learning tools. We collaborate closely with product management, project teams, and business partners to design and develop scalable technical solutions. Focused on continuous development and iterative delivery, the team applies strong expertise in API design, platform development, and debugging. Emphasizing problem-solving and innovation, we support business goals by ensuring timely project execution with robust documentation and testing. This collaborative environment fosters excellence in software engineering practices and drives impactful, reliable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:

• Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
• Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, championing DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-integrated software features and intelligent automation.
• Mentor engineers, promote technical quality, and guide architectural decisions to ensure maintainability and performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, track milestones, and align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Foster continuous improvement through innovation, process enhancements, and operational excellence.

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
• Proven expertise in DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native solutions to enhance system reliability and scalability.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
