Description
Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Burnley
Salary: £51,500 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus a £7,500 welcome bonus 💷
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young people aged 8–17 years with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce, and QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or prepared to study towards it). Full UK driving licence.
Experience Required: Extensive experience in children's residential care management

You will ensure compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations, lead and inspire a motivated team, manage budgets and resources, safeguard young people, work closely with professionals and drive continuous improvement in line with the home's Statement of Purpose. You will bring a strong understanding of legislation and safeguarding, excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, and a genuine commitment to a nurturing, empowering environment.
