Senior Analyst, Strategy & Activation (Amazon)

We design integrated media ecosystems across a variety landscapes. Our team stays ahead of data privacy shifts and emerging tech to ensure our clients aren't just participating in the market—they’re defining it.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and deeply motivated programmatic specialist (Senior Analyst, Strategy & Activation) to serve within the Amazon Solutions team.

The ideal candidate has begun their initial journey in programmatic and is serious about accelerating their expertise within Amazon’s advertising and data solutions. You’ll be working alongside other specialists, sharing ideas and learning from each other, with a blend of hands-on campaign strategy and set up, mixed with client-facing insight delivery and best-practice guidance. To succeed, you’ll need outstanding problem-solving skills, strong technical aptitude, an instinct to use data, and great communication skills to excel.

What You Will Do:

• Support strategy and day-to-day implementation and consultation across Amazon. Advertising’s programmatic technology stack: Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud - with a path to learning more about Amazon Sponsored Ads.

• Develop thoughtful media plans with creativity and a relentless pursuit for performance

• Act as a primary point of contact for Amazon clients and our  partner, product, and/or client leads at Amazon.

• Support new business development and client growth efforts through audits, thought leadership, and deck development.

• Ensure a smooth billing/invoicing process with clients and internal finance teams

• Build expertise and automate processes for common tasks such as pacing, forecasting, brand suitability/safety, audience analysis, supply optimization, and other account health checks.

• Provide support through training/expertise as needed across Kepler’s enterprise business.

• Never stop refining your craft and bringing value to your team and your clients.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of programmatic experience
• Strong analytical skills, and comfort with Google Sheets/MS Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to create and build relationships
• Growth mindset
• Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details
• Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
• Strong interest in researching, exploring, and applying AI technologies to retail media

Total Compensation:        

• Base Salary: $73,500 - $85,000
