Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Digital Media, leads the development and execution of strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The position requires strong leadership in project management, data analysis, and budget oversight while fostering continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize digital media strategies, enhance customer engagement, and deliver measurable results that support Walmart’s mission and values.

What you'll do:

• Own Store Social strategy, unifying customer and associate experiences into one program vision and roadmap.
• Lead content, creative, and campaign strategy, translating enterprise priorities into authentic store and associate storytelling.
• Own the technology roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that improve experience, quality, efficiency, and scale.
• Drive innovation and expansion through new pilots, platforms, capabilities, and partnerships.
• Build a connected content ecosystem across social, in-app content, education, listening, and activation.
• Lead and develop the team, establishing clear ownership and accountability.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and program measurement.
• Champion associate voices as a differentiated Walmart storytelling asset.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in organic social strategy, campaign management, and store social media content development.
• Strong skills in data analysis and social listening to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, projects, and digital marketing tools effectively.
• Thought leadership in content development and associate empowerment within a collaborative environment.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement through evaluation of processes and implementation of quality initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
