Title of the Position: IT Intern
Plant: Naucalpan
Location: Naucalpan de Juárez (a 5 min de Toreo Parque Central)
Work Hours: Part-time / On-site
Profile: Active student from any engineering discipline, preferably Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
Duration: 12-18 months.
Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and June 2028. English Advanced.
Start Date: 1st December

About the role: As an IT Intern at our Naucalpan plant, you will support IT Operational Excellence by ensuring service continuity and providing timely support to business needs. You will help maintain IT infrastructure with a mindset of being always on, secure, and compliant. You will also contribute to projects that simplify, digitalize, and automate plant IT processes.
Some of your tasks will be:
- Support IT Operational Excellence by ensuring continuous service and timely support.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure through monitoring, documentation, inventories, and follow-up control.
- Contribute to value creation projects focused on simplifying, digitalizing, and automating IT-related processes.
- Support troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure tasks.
- Collaborate with plant stakeholders to improve IT services.
Job Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking: connectivity, IP addressing, switches, access points, cabling, and initial troubleshooting.
- Strong interest in data analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, and basic databases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Windows, hardware support, and ticketing tools.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership: takes initiative, follows up on activities, and proposes improvements within scope.
- Problem solving: analyzes issues, identifies root causes, and acts with urgency to find practical solutions.
- Making things happen: execution-oriented mindset with ownership to move tasks forward and close actions.
- Teamwork and communication: collaborates effectively with users, technicians, and plant stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with IT project management or Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Prior internship or work experience in IT environments.
