Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and professional team. You will manage a diverse book of business, handle general servicing, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive account management.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
• PTO: Flexible, with up to 15 days available if needed
• Health Plan: Available for sign-up (out-of-pocket)
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (leave at 4:00 PM on Fridays)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $2M in premium, focusing on small to middle-market accounts.
• Provide general servicing and account management for new and existing clients.
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business, with a strong emphasis on remarketing to retain clients.
• Address client inquiries, process Certificates of Insurance (CIOs), and assist with marketing efforts.
• Close inbound call-in opportunities (no sales metrics required).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and support.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Partner Platform (PartnerXE - ZyWave umbrella) is a plus, but training will be provided.
