Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and servicing a book of business (BoB) that includes a diverse range of accounts such as educational institutions, manufacturing companies, credit unions, banks, and properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage renewals and remarketing independently. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business (BoB) with accounts exceeding $100,000 in premium.
• Collaborate with producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, remarketing, and client communication.
• Provide expert guidance on coverage options and policy details to clients.
• Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline workflows.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and the ability to handle large-market accounts.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Location: Must reside in Virginia.
