Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
• Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to clients' unique insurance needs, with a focus on agriculture and other industries such as churches, restaurants, manufacturing, and trucking.
• Utilize the Nexsure management system to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a proven ability to service accounts from start to finish.
• Familiarity with the Nexsure management system is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services, particularly in the agriculture sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
