Our team designs and implements automation systems that enhance Walmart’s eCommerce fulfillment centers by improving capacity, productivity, and reliability. We collaborate across Operations, Technology, Finance, and other areas to develop scalable, data-driven solutions that optimize capital investment and customer experience. Focused on operational excellence and innovation, we transform complex challenges into practical engineering designs. What you'll do...

• Lead the design, development, and integration of automation systems to enhance operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Utilize data analysis tools to explore complex data, develop insights, and influence strategic decisions.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities and implement technology changes.
• Oversee financial analysis and business case development to support automation investments.
• Document and communicate project status, integration plans, and performance metrics clearly and concisely.
• Foster continuous improvement by analyzing workflows and recommending scalable solutions.

• Proven expertise in automation system design, integration, and troubleshooting within complex operational environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to develop insights and influence strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage risks, and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence to optimize workflows and implement best practices.
• Solid knowledge of engineering economics, including financial analysis and business case development for automation initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
